By accessing or using Lexipage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using Lexipage, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Lexipage is a smart workspace and business productivity platform that enables teams and organizations to communicate, collaborate, and manage business operations in one place. The Service includes features such as:
- Business and private messaging channels
- Showcase and content pages
- Online store and invoice management
- Business pages and networking tools
- File management and photo albums
- Forum and community tools
Lexipage is operated by Lexipage, Inc. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You may not use another person's account without their permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Lexipage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Payment & Subscription
Lexipage offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for applicable fees
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Risk of Loss
All digital products, services, and subscriptions purchased from Lexipage are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment processing and account activation, the risk of loss and responsibility for access to the Service passes to you.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials and access
- Ensuring your devices and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for using the Service
- Backing up any data you create or store within the Service
- Any loss of access due to forgotten passwords, compromised credentials, or user error
Lexipage is not liable for any loss of access, data, or service availability resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to your device failure, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

Conditions of Returns
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon subscription activation, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not available except as required by applicable law or as outlined below:
- No Refunds: Subscription fees, digital products, and service charges are non-refundable once access has been granted and the service has been used
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation at our discretion
- Billing Errors: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed
Certain jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights regarding refunds and returns. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lexipage, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
